2 weeks into this, and the first crisis starts. One of the Novell servers has been failing dramatically on full backups....as in the server panics and shuts down the the volume, kicks everyone out and won't reinitialize the external array unless you do a "reset server". This has been happening for 2 weeks, which means two weeks of no full backups...oy....
ok need a need a plan.....
Move server to SAN device and a new server with the Migration Utility....
woot....
